TallyPro is a user-friendly and comprehensive time recording system that allows organisations to accurately record and cost time against clients and projects.

TallyPro is the result of over 20 years development by Commercial Software of time recording and cost control systems, and is currently used by clients ranging from small professional practices to large multi national organisations.

The latest TallyPro release is available as either a Windows (desktop) or Web (browser) based program but with similar look and functionality between the two. The program can also be run within Outlook and Microsoft CRM.

The program can run locally on a PC or network or as a hosted web service. Users can operate in either Online or Offline modes – ideal for fee earners who are frequently out of the office. Automatic synchronisation procedures ensure that data is always up to date.

As in past versions, the design goals have been for fast and flexible data entry routines combined with powerful reporting and analysis options. Standard views of data can be filtered, sorted, searched and then exported to Excel or PDF formats.

As the software is available on a rental basis, there is no initial capital expense and the monthly costs can vary according to the size of the organisation.
